IFSI News | | IFSI (IFLI) Program Announced | | |  | The International Festival of Laughter in Istria was presented at the press conference in the Small hall of the Istrian National Theater on 17 January 2007. President of the Festival board Vladimir Torbica, County government member in charge of international collaboration and European integrations Oriano Otočan, Festival director Eduard Tomičić Buntauli and Business director Mladenka Batalić, presented the concept and organization, and also announced the Festival's eventful program. |
